So…it’s been a bit.  While I’ve stepped back from blogging for a bit, I have not stepped away from helping others with their fitness and businesses.  It has been a challenge though.

Since 8/25/2018, I’ve had less than 3 months worth of migraine free days, mostly in November and December of 2018.   There have been medications, food eliminating, allergy tests, resting…so many things.  But I want to be here!

I still have good days and bad.  I’ve eliminated almost all possible migraine trigger foods.  I still workout for my sanity and mindset.  And I have a lot of fun.
